I typically start with a barbell and my preference is low bar squatting I like to teach well actually it depends on the person's anatomical makeup because High bar squatting might be better suited to an individual that's got very short femurs compared to somebody that has extremely long females like I do low bar squatting and I'm basically leaning over looking at the ground when I squat just to clear my hips or to yeah to clear my hips
