there are diminishing returns with strength and turn well I'm sure there are I don't think the studies are refined enough to pick this out at this point because it's not like they're getting a population of powerlifters and looking at their longevity um so but my guess is that at a certain point you pretty much get all the benefits and just getting even stronger is probably not going to give you more especially if it comes at the risk of injury that can later on in life
