the controls are having the floor dropped from underneath them so that gap between what you would be doing and what you're doing is widening even if you're not getting better so the fact that you're even getting better slightly is mind-boggling but even if you don't the the gap between where you are and where you would be is enormous the second point is your fall risk is going down dramatically because you're putting on muscle mass
