I'm hearing that there are some elite athletes that are using this and I'm sure they go listening to this you know we'll be in the camp I'm thinking about it for myself as a surfer or as an athlete you know so it sounds like it does have applications for people who are maybe not even looking to gain muscle mass or people who are but even people who are doing pretty good might want to try for performance
how common is bfr with athletes today i think it's becoming more and more common i know at ole miss for example as well as a lot of other division one schools in the athletic department
