whereas the volume when you're training and you're also probably more broken down and more fatigued yeah so you when you get ready for a meat if you've done your due diligence hopefully you've kind of dissipated a lot of that fatigue through you know rest and and tapering whereas when you're in the throws of training and you just have high levels of fatigue maybe you're just not able to execute the lifts as well because of that fatigue
