it's really not a good idea to do a weight training session and an endurance run on the same day right there that's what you're saying so like if you know because I might want to do both like I would say oh I'm gonna go for a run in the morning and then I'll hit the gym in the afternoon to lift weights there it sounds like there's some research to say hey you just gave your body a signal to do endurance type activity and to do to be lean and efficient and to break down muscle and then you're gonna go to the gym and try and build muscle those are competing adaptations that's not the way to do it
