i think it could be it could be a tool if the if that's how they choose to use it um i think for muscle growth i i think i agree with lane that it really comes down to personal preference because even without blood flow restriction we've seen from 30 percent up up to you know 80 percent or even higher can produce the same amount of muscle growth so i think that allows you to have you know some level of preference on based on how you feel that day or what you enjoy
