you don't have to just jump to like 10 sets immediately you know per body part you know whatnot that that's a lot of sets um you should probably use what is ever allowing you to adapt at the time if you're somebody who is you know relatively new to training you start doing 10 sets per body part like one what's going to happen once you plateau that's a lot more set you're going to have to add on top of that and two you're probably going to outpace your recovery capabilities
