i started doing handstand push-ups i started doing handstand walks and a lot of this is calisthenics but i also put kettlebells in my bags so then i brought out a kettlebell i there's so many times people are waiting go get some work get to work you know and these are some of the biggest things the biggest lovers i think are the first three tenets sleep eat and move right then it's shield connect at sleepy move shield connect called sun fight and bond but these first three you can easily pull these levers anywhere you are i i worked out all over the city i don't know how many barbarians i did i did a lot of barbarians i'm not telling everyone to carry those weights around but put some weight in a backpack you know be inventive you can do pull-ups and push-ups anywhere
