there are a lot of people um a lot of older adults women that have been scared of of lifting because of the like Oh no I got to lift heavy and I'm going to injure myself I'm you know I'm I might bulk up too much but like it does give you know once I found out it was like you don't have to lift heavy you just to put the effort in fatigue yourself
