we almost always see muscle growth which is similar to or equivalent to that of highight exercise but the strength assuming that we're not practicing the test repeatedly is almost always less and in my mind I had a a hard time coming up with a lot of excuses I I did for several years um but at some point I just you know talk in talking with my students we just started to ask the question about well where did this story come from about muscle growth playing a role and why do we even think it in the first place
