this study was done in 1999 by Campbell and they found that people who ate meat gained muscle over 12 12 weeks with resistance rating imagine going through a program where your resistance training for 12 weeks and you're eating and you're like cool I'm doing the great resistance training program and the the people who were not eating meat lost muscle that sucks like imagine going through 12 weeks and be like yeah I just finished a study I lost muscle that's not fun for anyone anyone there's studies like this like studies after studies and looking at this and seeing differences
