if you were to get a bunch of people together so and we measured muscle size and we measured strength on average people who are bigger will be stronger people who are smaller will be weaker and that that's that's true and we've seen that we've documented that ourselves
now as you continue on with your training career and you get stronger and stronger and stronger then the link between muscle size and strength does start to go away but it never goes away entirely
so the question that's being asked by or or the question that we're discussing is when a person begins to exercise and then they get stronger is that due to changes in muscle size and that's where I have the the question I I don't question whether or not they're related I completely agree that they are um but when we exercise does a change in one result in a change in the other
all things being equal if they have less muscle they'd be weaker they had more muscle they'd be stronger right
