I had goals in what I perceived as all areas of physical fitness so I wanted to run 5 5-minute miles so 5 miles in 25 minutes was a and I wanted to I had goals in strength so I wanted to be able to bench press squat and deadlift certain amounts I don't exactly remember what they were but they were very very high much higher than anything I could dream of doing today you know I had certain anaerobic goals certain goals with respect to flexibility and muscular endurance
