yeah I mean you're routinely doing over 500 pounds for reps yeah and like it's nothing new also able to do over 600 pounds for some reps on a trap bar on a straight bar I think what I pull your meat 5:30 I pull on a on a straight bar in a meat but I was actually like weak that day for some reason but you know five thirty deadlift from from nothing with two fate tips I think it's pretty damn good and actually like to be able to feel good is the most important thing
