we decided to do a brief because bone doesn't need a lot of loading you don't need to run a mar Marathon you just need to do one Sprint to get those bone cells stimulated so we had twice a week 30 minutes four exercises and we wanted them lifting heavy so it's 85% 1rm uh we used compound movements because we wanted them you know this needed to be an efficient sort of uh project we wanted to involve as much muscle as possible it needed to be weightbearing and we wanted something that would transfer to really useful daily activities
