the question isn't you know can you lift like somebody else can you lift like Shaun Baker can you do the things that you're doing walking barefoot on rocks carrying weights and things like that that's not the question the question is can you can you perform some of these exercises it might look different when you do it it might look different you might have less weight but that's what I love about exercise I love about training strength training in particular we can adjust this to anybody anybody can come to my gym and my gym is free and anybody can come in here on Saturday Sunday if they catch me they catch me but that's that's usually the hardest part but anyone can come in here and do all the same exercises that I've been that I do they can do everything almost exactly the same they're just going to use less weight or maybe they need more rest or maybe a real beast comes in and uses more weight than me
