couldn't you you know have somebody do workouts where they only do one to five reps of exercises and they're basically always functioning and each of those is to failure right so if you're doing one rep it's a one rep max if you're doing two reps it's 95% of one rep max if it's three reps it's probably 90% if it's five reps it's probably 85% of one rep max and so you you you you cycle through those workouts where you increase strength
