By doing that, I'm getting shoulder movement in a way that was different, right? It's almost like the specialization in sport, like not just doing all chest stuff, but trying to actually attack the chest through a different way by still looking at the shoulder joint. And I would do a lot a lot of rowing, which probably was good just posturally to balance out some of the the imbalance I had in the shoulder, but also to just give me more joint range of motion in the shoulder. I'm getting all this extension.
