the most I can negotiate them doing is one 20 to 30 minute workout per week doing the super slow protocol where they go to if you you know they have these specific gyms that have very specific types of equipment Y and they're going to do I don't know maybe to 10 different machines and they're only going to do one set and it's going to be to failure um and the sets are typically tight rated to be somewhere between 90 and 105 seconds
