I mean it's like it's not your whole workout but for someone who's really intense body builder I don't know that there's going to be a lot of it advantages for doing that because they're maximizing the benefits with their type type type 2 muscle fiber satellite stem cells already I mean they're already maxed out it's not going to make a big difference but if those guys tear a tendon or something and they have to go to rehab that's when they need it now and that's a good application
