For people with very tight ankles, hips, etc. there are other movements I use to get them ready to squat & DL
one of the things i definitely want to do is actually put together kind of a video on deadlift and deadlift preparation because i think that there are probably 10 exercises that i do as a way to get ready to deadlift and they don't take long like this my deadlift checklist is like 10 to 15 minutes
