I know I'm you know I'll tell someone hey you know dumbbell tricep extensions are really great for your bench breasts and then they could increase punching power or and they can do all kinds of great things for you but most people can do them so like that [ __ ] hurts my elbows I'm like okay let's try not to use a 25 pound dumbbell how about we use a 15 pound dumbbell and maybe do higher reps with less pain
