drop the weight on that bar to you know call it 150 pound so well below you know 25 pounds below that um that 175 and I'd like you to do 30 second sets I'd like you to do 10 sets at 30 seconds um and then I want you to advance weight and or time accordingly but I want you to be able to get through those 10 sets such that at the end of the 10 you're really completely gassed
