well that's what resistance training creates you know it's funny when i used to make so for years i managed in uh you know big box gyms right i grand open some clubs and i manage these gems and this was often the conversation that i would have with new potential members they would walk in and if they were women we would talk about the value of resistance training because i was a trainer as well and i would always get these objections oh no i don't want to lift weights i'm not trying to get big or you know no no i just want to lose weight that's not what i'm interested in
