regardless first thing I do in the morning I get up sunlight in my eyes I do some stretching I have a band I do shoulder rotations I've shown this on social media in the past I can show it again if you guys are interested we may even be able to put a clip in the podcast of me doing shoulder rotations I think they're called shoulder dislocates I'll do air squats with the band over my head and I will face the Sun and ground for five to ten minutes in the morning first thing
