let's talk about how important sunshine is to building the immune system what's shine it does to not only produce vitamin D but create nitric oxide and increased levels of melatonin and all these things they're important including Sun or or is food any more important than adequate sleep and the answer to that is no sleep is is from the most important thing out of all parameters and what in highlighted so many things there that that I've been thinking for the last ten weeks I've been talking in my social media repeatedly about mainstream media fear-mongering and they're they're ignoring their apparently potentially you know intentional ignorance toward evidence that severe crores outcomes are connected with insulin resistance etc etc and the vitamin D stuff I did a podcast with Mark Bell a couple weeks ago or when it's a last detail about the vitamin D stuff we'll talk about that a little bit here today because I want to build on that just a little bit but I want to share just a few things about coronavirus that people will have seen if they follow me on social media this is a great paper that was sent to me by my buddy joe mercola association of the insulin resistance marker tyg which is the triglyceride to glucose index with the severity and mortality of Koba 19 and this tyg index which is just a product of the fasting triglycerides and fasting glucose is a great predictor of the severity and morbidity of Cogan 19 patients and what is it T why what does a triglyceride glucose index going to tell you it's going to tell you about your insulin sensitivity without a doubt and that's just I guess these type of things are just baffling to me that the mainstream media continues to ignore this really really strong predictor of coronavirus severity and it's such a malleable thing and we'll get to this you can definitely become more insulin resistant through diet you can become more insulin resistant by not getting sleep like you said and we can probably develop some degree of insulin resistance by also not having an adequate amount of sunlight so all those things like you're talking about this Paleolithic I love this idea of an ancestral lifestyle which is why I was so excited to connect with you this is another paper but I just want to share on the podcast again a study on the infectivity of asymptomatic Tsarskoe b2 carriers this one is fascinating because it shows that people who are symptom asymptomatic with corona virus with Tsarskoe b2 actually don't spread the virus that much the conclusion here in summary all the 455 contacts were excluded from Tsarskoe b2 infection then we conclude that the infectivity of some asymptomatic Tsarskoe B two carriers might be weak that is a study looking at the actual all 455 contacts of someone who had corona virus and essentially they were all excluded from getting from getting the actual infection so that's just crazy now the reason I wanted to talk about that one is because every time I talked about those two studies YouTube has censored my video so this is the other thing that's crazy to me and I think must play into this media fear-mongering and the whole zeitgeist around corona virus whenever I've posted a video on YouTube three to four of them have been taken down from violating Community Guidelines in the last two weeks and they're all kind of based around this flatten and the fear idea a flatten the fear like we don't need to be afraid of this virus and that is violating YouTube community I because I'm showing a published paper about asymptomatic spread of coronavirus being essentially negligible and then showing papers about insulin resistance etcetera so that to me is just freakin wild I'll talk about this one now and this will be a good segue to vitamin D the role of vitamin D in the prevention of coronavirus disease 2019 infection mortality this is a great paper and there's another one that I've talked about also previously and basically this is a cross sectional analysis it has limitations but it showed very clearly like the other papers that I have spoken about with regard to vitamin D and I'm sure you've talked about that lower levels of vitamin D are associated with worse coronavirus outcomes now one of the things that I love that you I was like I was literally doing like the clap out loud when I heard you talk about this unmarked Bell's power project cuz I agree with you hundred percent you said I'd love to hear more your thoughts on this that a vitamin T pill is not the same as the real son yeah I mean
