yeah um I don't I'm I'm not a watch guy but I love the watches that have all the internal workings that you can see sure yeah the little dials and the and the pulleys and the cogs and I don't even know the names of these things right and that's to me that's a that's a metaphor for human biochemistry and you have I mean in a watch you might have hundreds of little tiny things that are moving but when I think about human biochemistry I think okay if one of those little cogs is off it can affect the whole system well imagine a deficiency of something like magnesium and we'll talk about copper in a moment yeah that can affect thousands of enzymes in the human body
