i have been really impressed with those lately and i think there's a lot of evidence for them a lot of uh i think a lot of treatments for especially like ibs and just colonic dysbiosis as well have really focused on trying to either kill microbial overgrowth or uh or or really try to try to you know fix the dysbiosis by fixing the microbial balance and i think we need a little bit more focus on supporting the immune system and supporting the gut environment and the beneficial bacteria will come once we have that uh we were able to bring that inflammation down and support the gut barrier often that uh will lead to downstream effects in shifting the gut microbiome to a healthier state
