You want to look for one that is HLC tested for uricomone. That's the active ingredient in tonad ali that actually has the bioactive effect that you're looking for. There are a lot of tonad ali supplements that just say tonad ali or it'll say tonad ali like 100 to one or like 10 to one or whatever. Like these are kind of meaningless numbers from what I understand.
