and then a lot are also recommending ll 37 and for its antiviral activity and where is ll 37 from what is LL 37 I'm not as familiar with that one well 37 is apparently what it does is it prevents the binding of the virus to receptors and it's it's also used a lot of times for like Giardia and food poisoning and things like that like actually I've always had a bottle handy in my fridge but generally it's used for not for immune system enhancement as much as like acute GI issues or bacterial or viral infections
