Taurine also has a lot of literature behind it it's almost like a miracle drug when you give people taurine and I think that it's probably just the case that they're deficient it looked because like you said we make them but we're I think that evolutionarily we expect to get some from the diet and to make up some to make up the whole amount that we need and so I imagine that most people on a Western diet are actually chronically depleted and things like taurine and choline all the other ones you mentioned
