Uh there are not a lot of studies of preference with dicated diode extract. their preference studies with com synthetic combination of T4 and T3 which is could be assumed to be the same but patients do tend to prefer 2:1 when they don't know what they're taking in blinded studies they prefer combination therapy and there are two studies showing that they prefer disseicated thyroid extract as opposed to levothyroxine alone.
