instead people are typically using two other formulations the first is a compounded control release T3 so it's the exact same hormone T3 but it's just compounded in a way to be slowly released this seems to be much more well tolerated and the doses can be pushed a little bit higher a typical dose might be anywhere from 10 to 25 or even 30 micrograms of control release T3 and that seems to last a patient throughout the day
