as detectives as thinking people who are trying to reverse engineer all this we have to look at this as physicians this is what's crazy as physicians many of our colleagues are not doing this we are just we are bought and sold into a pharmaceutical centric paradigm which doesn't challenge us to look at the medical history but if you stick your head up for enough time and you think about this it's very clear there is something going on something has changed but i think this is a very important baseline to establish that indigenous cultures and we're going to talk about a lot of them today we're going to talk about the toke allowance we're going to talk about catavins we're going to talk about the maasai we can talk about the tu kasinto we can talk about the pima indians before they had the introduction of processed seed oils and processed grains into their diet these people they are still living on the planet in some places the hadza they are generally free and i want to make this very clear these are not diseases of aging these are diseases of chronic western just westernized diets and so what does that mean that means as you said there are really four major sub major suspects this is like the movie the usual suspects and i feel like that's exactly what we have is we have a lineup and that's a good start we have four major suspects and perhaps i'm overly zealous to try and pick out the one that's really causing the issue and we can talk about what you and i think that might be but i really think about that movie the usual suspects more and more this is who is kaiser soze if you guys haven't seen that movie i'll put a link to it in the show notes but you should watch it basically it's it's your it's your criminal lineup and everyone mostly everyone not everyone mostly everyone can point to those for three or four things processed sugar processed grains processed seed oils and trans fats and say what is really causing and they're all probably causing the issue to some extent but what is the major driver is my interest because if we say to people stop eating processed foods it doesn't work right we've been we've been doing that for for decades now and you hear that people saying that all the time it's our processed food consumption it's our processed food consumption and then every group is starting to have a piece of that that they get
