You know, by the time that diabetes diagnosis has happened, we know that 60% of those beta cells in the pancreas have been damaged or destroyed or aren't working as well as they should be. We know that by the time you hit that spectrum of diabetes, we're already seeing complications in 50% of people. As you mentioned, the retinopathy, the neuropathy, the cardiovascular irregularities, the lack of foot pulses, all of these complications are already showing up by the time we hit that spectrum.
