So, with the oral glucose tolerance test, you usually come in to the office fasted, and then you drink 75 g, typically, sometimes 100 g of pure glucose solution, which if anyone has done this before, it's not super pleasant. It tastes like a very sweet flat Sprite, and you sit there and you don't move, and you try not to be active at all, and you see what your glucose does. So, usually, they're measuring your glucose before you drink it, 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes, and 120 minutes. And from traditional, you know, guidelines diagnosing diagnosing diabetes, they look at that 2-hour glucose mark after you've drinking this glucose sugary solution, and they want to see your glucose below 140 at 2 hours.
