So yes if if it's just focused on calorie burn yes the two are equivalent but health is a lot more as you know than just burning calories. um people are focused on different health outcomes like improving their fitness or improving their cardiovascular health, improving their diabetes risk. So when you look at it from that perspective, it really changes the way that you think of well maybe it's not all just about metabolic equivalence. Maybe it's about something different and we should be looking at the value of physical activity um in different ways
