and going back 8 10 years my patients with diabetes complicated in hospital were being fed three ice creams per day on top of it you know in retrospect now you know then still ongoing and sugar-coated you know carb loaded breakfasts and have you at wash your tablets down with orange juice and then it desserts being served three times a day in between snacks being chocolate biscuits followed with a bit of fruit juice and I'm trying to control their blood glucose
