retinol being the the form of vitamin A that's bioavailable form of vitamin A that's found in in egg yolks and liver essentially animal sourcing animal sourcing different than beta carotene which is predominantly found in plant Foods though some beta carotene may end up in in animal Foods because they're eating grass but there's this difference and that I don't think people understand about beta carotene in plant foods and how how it takes what is it like thousands of units of beta carotene to equal the biological activity of one unit of retinol
