my B12 is out of the reference range but this is a normal thing for me and it happens for many humans who are eating red meat and organs animal foods that has lots of B12 that's nothing to be concerned about there is some Association literature there there are some conditions where people have myeloid dysplasia or blood cancers that lead to elevated B12 but you can easily see on a CBC that I don't have any blood cancer this is just an elevated storage amount of B12 which is completely safe from everything we know in medicine and not an issue
