I do not take vitamin D I want all of the vitamin D in my blood to reflect sun exposure and I think that store studies would suggest that vitamin D at least in terms of beneficial outcomes is probably a proxy for sun exposure supplementation with vitamin D doesn't seem to have anywhere near the benefits that getting it from the Sun might
