Seeing the study about penis size and vitamin K2 made me think what foods have the most vitamin K2 so if you look at it pork ribs and dark meat chicken have a lot of vitamin K2 Nat natto Nat does but it's not MK4 so MK4 is in pork and chicken and so I thought okay maybe I need to start eating more dark meat chicken Nat is mk7 and we don't actually know if that's that valuable for humans right and cheeses is MK9 mk10 MK1 so again we don't know if that's as valuable for humans
