though we know that vitamin k2 is enriched in liver and kidney and the organ meats
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
vitamin k2 is enriched in many of the organ meats like liver as well yeah and they also have the benefit that they have a more diverse right the liver at least somewhere diverse profile of Kate of cave item ins so it has MK 4 and MK 7
if you're getting your organ meats from grain-fed animals that are housed inside likely their vitamin k2 content of those animal products will be low
the vitamin k2 and animal foods is also quite robust only if it's a grass-fed animal right exactly from the best animal only if it's a grass-fed animal or wild game or wild fish
Another nuance with vitamin K discussions is that there is a vitamin k2 form isoform a menaquinone found in natto fermented soybeans but it's only one eisah form of vitamin k2 menaquinone exists as multiple isoforms mk4 through MK 11 or 13 and only mk7 is found and natto so if you want to get a full range of medical knowns mk4 MK 7 MK lemon MK 2 and k6 you have to eat the animal foods
a full spectrum of menoquinones only found in animal foods
but you can't get the full spectrum mk4 to mk11 and i'm sure there are more menoconones that we will discover in animal foods as you said it's mostly mk7 i believe that's in natto and the plant foods but you're not going to get mk4 and you're not going to get mk 5 or 6 or 8 or 9
and i want people to understand that it's important probably for humans to get all of these metaquinones and if you look at beef liver it has essentially everything it doesn't find any mk5 but there's mk5 in muscle meat but beef liver contains mk4 mk6 mk7 all of the metaquinones from 4 to 13 except for 5 and one of the things that's not on this uh chart is our plant-based forms of vitamin k2 which are things like natto which do not have this array and um only have a few only one of the menaquinones i believe it's mk7 i always mix up mkhitaryan it's seven yeah so natto has mk7 but doesn't have these other menaquinones
the organs from animals definitely have a full spectrum of medical knowns and we're only beginning to learn what these different metaquinones do
it's important that people understand vitamin k2 is not just one thing it's many different things it's a full spectrum of menopause where are these found in animal foods yes so so price identified that there are very there's only a very small amount of foods that really store these in a higher form that the body absorbs well
it's important that people understand vitamin k2 is not just one thing it's many different things it's a full spectrum of medical notes where are these found in animal foods
you're not going to get the full spectrum of metaquinones unless you are eating organs and meat from well-raised animals end of story
heart and soil bone marrow and liver is the biggest source of vitamin K it must be vitamin K2
Because it's also high in K2 then you don't have to do the fermented natto, right?
