So, I guess long and short of it is if the watch tells you your V2 max is 52, it could be 42, it could be 62. And I've seen that big a swing um on the devices. So, I just don't think it's worth it to rely on that solely.
We can't find evidence that holds up here. Proponents are reasoning from mechanism or analogy rather than direct human data, and the most credible skeptics raise objections we can't dismiss.
