it's going to take a lot of work to make sure that my V2 Max is 30 to 32 Ms per minute per kilogram in 30 to 40 years especially if it's closer to 40 years
right now my V2 Max is not what I'd like it to be it's probably in the mid-50s which is again fine for somebody my age but you know it I really would like a bigger margin of error and maybe want it to be mid to high 50s as opposed to low to mid-50s
and again today because I'm not training you know for me personally velocity doesn't matter anymore nor does power frankly I'm only training for the conditioning of it right I'm basically asking the question how long can I keep my V2 Max High
