what I'm going to try to suggest today is that we be a little bit more specific and we differentiate between for example high-intensity interval training or hit versus Sprint interval training or sit uh or things like Tabata training which kind of a bit of a subset of sit uh and um the reason for that is they produce very different metabolic effects uh they're obviously produced they're obviously um carried out at very different intensities um and you know by extension they have some sort of different pros and cons
