when I used to train like I don't you know I I exercise now I don't train when I used to train my my coach on the really big days would sometimes want me to not begin the V2 Max set until I had done 2,000 kles so I would go out and do an a relatively kind of easy like a 200 watt 2,000 kle ride and then finish with a very big main set um of hill repeats short hill repeats so six minute hill repeats
