normally critical power uh would lie slightly lower in in in let's say in power output than critical power
The headline is broadly defensible, but the qualifications matter. Effect sizes vary by population, the strongest claims rest on shorter trials, and credible voices push back on how it's typically framed.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
critical power is more is something that you normally more uh extract from that you do multiple uh multiple uh allout efforts and then you apply um uh reverse extrapolation to this to basically figure out what is your uh critical power so it's more it's a more of a little bit more advanced mathematical approach to it
there's something called critical power which is very similar — but rather than it being the power you can hold for an hour it's the power you can hold for 30 to 40 minutes I think the more important distinction here is that you can calculate critical power much easier you can do it from — a set of curves that are derived from three to four individual tests that are much shorter
