what I really enjoy are those pushes up the hills cuz then you're kind of getting that V2 Max Y and I really like the walking down the steep hills cuz you're really working on how to your breaks work and breaks are the things that fail when we age and so walking down a very steep hill and we have a lot of them here with weight on your back is a really good way to train Ecentric strength strength while the muscle is lengthening
